Acclaimed international singer Janet Jackson will launch her world tour in Manila at the Philippine International Convention Center Plenary Hall on February 4.

The Philippine Star reported that Jackson will kick off her Number Ones, Up Close and Personal world tour in Asia via a concert at the PICC Plenary Hall on February 4 (Friday), 8PM (Manila time).
